We take your privacy seriously — especially because our users are young people. Here's what you need to know, in plain language.
Account info (name, email, password), age range, focus area, lesson completions, and mood check-ins. That's it.
We do NOT collect your location, contacts, photos, or messages. We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT show ads. Ever.
To run the app (show lessons, track progress, save mood check-ins), improve the content, and send password resets. Nothing else.
Your data is encrypted and stored securely using Supabase. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
You can see your data, delete your account (in Settings), update your info, or stop using the app anytime with no penalty.
We verify age during sign-up and block users under 13. There are no social features, no public profiles, and no messaging. Crisis resources (988, Crisis Text Line) are always available. This app teaches coping tools — it is not therapy.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data.
